Market Day Chuck Wagon Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. market day meatballs, 1 green pepper, chopped, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. paprika and 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Place meatballs, celery, green pepper, onion, tomato sauce and seasonings in a large heavy skillet.
