Marlene's New Year's Dinner
Marlene'S New Year'S Dinner is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 to 3 lb.) pork roast, 2 lb. polish sausage, 1 large can sauerkraut and 2 cans pillsbury biscuits, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Place pork roast in 5-quart Dutch oven.
Add Polish sausage and sauerkraut.
Add 1 quart of water and cover with lid.
Cook until pork is tender, about 2 1/2 to 3 hours in a 375Β° oven. Remove from the oven.
Arrange canned biscuit dough over top of dish and bake an additional 30 minutes.
You have a complete meal ready to eat.
