Mary'S Butter Pecan Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1 pkg. vanilla pudding, 1/2 pt. whipping cream, 2 eggs and 1 can eagle brand milk (condensed milk), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown pecans in butter/margarine and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients and churn ice cream as you usually do.
As ice cream thickens, add pecans, but wait until ice cream is fairly thick before doing this, otherwise the pecans go to the bottom.
