Mexican Beef Sandwich Rolls
Mexican Beef Sandwich Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 to 12 farm rolls, 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, 1 small onion, chopped, 1/4 c. sliced olives and 8 oz. green chili salsa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cut tops off rolls and scoop out insides. Brown beef and onion.
Stir in olives, salsa, cumin and chili powder.
Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
Fill each roll 3/4 full.
Sprinkle on a layer of each cheese.
Top with bacon slices.
Put top on roll and wrap each roll in foil.
Heat in 375Β° oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
