Mexican Burrito Pie
Mexican Burrito Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans, 1/4 c. water, 1 c. thick sauce, 1/2 c. sour cream and 1 c. bisquick, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine beans, Bisquick and water in bowl; mix well.
Spoon mixture into greased 9-inch pie plate; form shell.
Cook beef until brown.
Drain; spoon over bean mixture and top with sauce. Bake at 375Β° for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 minutes.
Cut into wedges.
Top with sour cream and serve.
