Mexican Hot Dogs
Mexican Hot Dogs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 count) pkg. corn tortillas, 1 (10 count) pkg. hot dogs, 10 oz. or less monterey jack cheese and oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Slice hot dogs down the middle.
Put thick piece of cheese in each hot dog.
Pre-warm tortillas over fire.
Put hot dog with cheese on each tortilla.
Roll and fry in skillet with about 4 tablespoons oil.
Fry and turn for 3 to 4 minutes.
