Mexican Salsa Salad
Mexican Salsa Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. macaroni, cooked, drained and rinsed, 1 c. chunky salsa, 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp. chili powder and 1/2 tbsp. cumin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine macaroni, salsa, vinegar, cumin and chili powder. Stir in red beans, cheese and olives.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
