Mexican Wedding Cakes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream butter.
Add powdered sugar gradually.
Cream well until smooth.
Add flour, salt and vanilla.
Blend; mixture is stiff. Pinch off small pieces of dough (about 3/4 inch).
Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 400Β° about 12 minutes.
Roll cookies in powdered sugar immediately after removing from oven. Makes about 4 dozen.
