Microwave Christmas Confections
Microwave Christmas Confections is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. packed brown sugar, 1/2 c. peanut butter, 1/4 c. softened margarine, 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour and 1/4 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Beat brown sugar, peanut butter and margarine in medium bowl until fluffy.
Blend in egg.
Mix in remaining ingredients and shape in 12-inch roll.
Refrigerate 2 hours.
Cut into 1/4-inch slices.
Line microwave baking sheet with waxed paper and place 12 slices on top.
Microwave at Medium-High 1 minute.
Turn, microwave 1 minute, turn microwaving 1 minute.
Let stand 3 minutes, then remove.
Repeat until all slices are baked.
Makes 4 dozen.
