Microwave Christmas Fudge
Microwave Christmas Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1 2/3 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 c. miniature marshmallows and 1/2 c. nuts, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Place evaporated milk, sugar and butter or margarine in a large, microwave-safe bowl.
Mix well.
Microwave on High for 3 minutes.
Stir every minute.
Stir in remaining ingredients until marshmallows and chips are melted.
Pour mixture into a greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
Refrigerate.
Cut into squares.
Makes 16 squares.
