Microwave Chunky Potato Soup

Microwave bacon covered
2 quart casserole dish on High for 5 minutes browned. Drain and add potatoes, celery, onion, water and pepper.
Cover and microwave on High for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring once. Combine 1/2 cup milk and flour until smooth.
Stir this mixture, salt and remaining milk into potatoes.
Microwave, uncovered, on High for 7 to
10 minutes or until thickened; stir twice.
Makes 1 quart.
