Microwave Fluffy Muffins
Microwave Fluffy Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1/2 c. sugar, 3 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In mixing bowl stir flour with sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a well in center of dry mixture.
Combine eggs, oil and milk. Add all at once to dry ingredients and stir just to moisten. Fill paper-lined microwave containers 1/2 full.
Microwave 1/2 to 1 minute for each muffin at Medium-high (No. 7).
Check for doneness with toothpick.
