Microwave Meatball Soup
Microwave Meatball Soup is an impressive soup you can prepare in about 1 hour 30 minutes. Made with (28 oz.) can tomatoes, c. water, small onion, diced, garlic, minced and . chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine tomatoes, water, onion, garlic, chilies, chili powder, salt, marjoram and pepper in a 2-quart microwaveproof bowl.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Cook on High for 5 minutes.
In separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Blend well. Shape into 1/2-inch balls.
Drop meatballs into soup.
Cook on High for 11 to 13 minutes, or until meatballs are no longer red, stirring after 5 minutes.
Let stand five minutes before serving.
