Microwave Oven-Fried Chicken
Microwave Oven-Fried Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. bisquick mix, 1 1/2 tsp. paprika, 1 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. broiler/fryer chicken, cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix ingredients together; coat chicken.
Arrange pieces, skin side up, in rectangular dish (12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch) with thickest part toward edges.
Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave on High for 10 minutes.
Rotate dish 1/2 turn.
Microwave until done, 8 to 12 minutes longer.
