Microwave "Oven-Fried" Chicken
Microwave "Oven-Fried" Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. bisquick baking mix, 1 1/2 tsp. paprika, 1 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken. Arrange pieces, skin side up, in 12 x 8 x 2-inch microwavable dish, with thickest parts to outside edges.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on High (100%) for 10 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn. Microwave on High until done, 8 to 12 minutes longer.
