Combine taco mix with cornflake crumbs.

Dip one side of each chop into egg and then into crumb mixture.

Reserve remaining egg and crumbs.

Place crumb side up into 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish or large pie plate, placing meaty ends of chops toward outside of dish.

Microwave uncovered on High for 5 minutes, turning dish 1/2 turn after 3 minutes.

Turn chops over; top with remaining egg and crumbs.

Dissolve bouillon cube in water on High for 30 seconds. Stir.

Pour around (not over) chops.

Cover with plastic wrap; microwave for 6 minutes on High, rotating dish once.

Let stand covered for 5 minutes.

Use pan drippings for gravy, if desired. Serves 4.
