Preheat oven to 325Β°. Grease bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
In large bowl, mix the thawed whipped topping, eggs and vanilla until smooth.
Spread mixture into pan.

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean.
Do not overbake.
