Mini Pumpkin Cheesecakes
Mini Pumpkin Cheesecakes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (11.2 oz.) pkg. jell-o no bake real cheesecake, 1 c. cold milk or half and half, 1 c. canned pumpkin and 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix crumb mixture as directed on package.
Press onto bottoms of 12 paper-lined muffin cups.
Beat milk, filling mix, pumpkin and spice with electric mixer on low speed until blended.
Beat on medium speed 3 minutes.
Filling will be thick.
Spoon over crumb mixture.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. Garnish as desired.
Makes 12.
