Miniature Cheesecakes
Miniature Cheesecakes is an easy dinner. Made with 12 vanilla wafers, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Line cupcake tins with cupcake liners.
Place 1 vanilla wafer in each liner.
Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar until well blended.
Add eggs.
Mix until smooth.
Pour over wafers to 3/4 full.
Bake 25 minutes at 325Β°.
Top with fruit or sour cream and fruit when cool.
