Minnie's Cheesecake
Minnie'S Cheesecake is an easy dinner. Made with 4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature), 2 pt. sour cream, 6 eggs, 2 c. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Butter spring-form pan and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
Mix cream cheese and sugar.
Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla; mix well. Fold in sour cream.
Bake one hour in 350Β° oven.
Turn off oven and leave cake in oven 45 minutes to one hour with door closed.
