Mom Heil's Ice Cream
Mom Heil'S Ice Cream is an easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 3 c. sugar, 1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla, pinch of salt and 3 cans carnation milk (large, evaporated), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla until sugar is dissolved.
Add Carnation evaporated milk and mix well.
Pour into freezer can and add whole milk up to 3-inches from the top of the can.
Freeze. Be sure not to forget the vanilla.
