Mom'S Creamy Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 c. sugar, 5 eggs, 3 tbsp. cornstarch and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cream softened cream cheese, adding eggs one at a time.
Add remaining ingredients and beat at medium speed for 10 minutes. Butter and flour 9-inch spring-form pan.
Pour mixture into pan and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Turn off oven and leave cheesecake in oven for 1 hour, without opening door.
Turns out great every time.
