Mom's Italian Chicken Soup
Mom'S Italian Chicken Soup is an moderately easy Italian soup you can prepare in just 50 minutes. Made with stewing chicken, soup greens, thin spaghetti noodles, small can tomato sauce and chicken bouillon cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Slowly boil chicken until it is ready to fall off the bone. Remove chicken and set aside to cool.
Add water and 3 to 4 bouillon cubes to make approximately 6 cups of broth.
Stir into broth, 3 tablespoons of soup greens, tomato sauce and 1/2 pound spaghetti noodles (broken into thirds).
Cook until noodles are tender.
Break apart chicken and add to soup to warm.
