Mom's Pumpkin Muffins
Mom'S Pumpkin Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. molasses, 1/2 c. soft butter or oleo, 1 egg, beaten and 1 c. cooked pumpkin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream the sugar, molasses and butter together. Add egg and pumpkin.
Blend well.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Fold in the chopped pecans or you may use raisins or walnuts. Put into a well-greased muffin tin.
Bake at 375Β° for 20 minutes. Makes 1 1/4 dozen.
