Mommy's Oreo Cookie Ice Cream Cake
Mommy'S Oreo Cookie Ice Cream Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 30 oreo cookies, 1/3 c. butter, melted, 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream (you may use your favorite), 1 large jar fudge topping and 1 (16 oz.) cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Crush cookies; do not remove cream.
Reserve about 3 crushed cookies for top.
Mix rest with butter.
Pat down in a 9 x 13-inch container.
Cover.
Freeze 20 minutes.
Spread softened ice cream. Cover and freeze 20 minutes.
Pour fudge over ice cream.
Cover and freeze for 20 minutes.
Spread Cool Whip on top.
Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs.
Freeze overnight.
