Morning Glory Muffins
Morning Glory Muffins is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 2 tsp. baking soda, 2 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Stir in carrot, raisins, coconut and pecans. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, oil, apple and vanilla.
Add to flour mixture.
Stir only until combined.
Spoon into greased or lined tins.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 18 minutes.
Makes 18 muffins.
