Mrs. Perini's Special Chicken
Mrs. Perini'S Special Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with chicken breasts, skinned, raw, fresh vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, etc.), 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 3/4 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Grease bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Mix soup, mayonnaise and milk together.
Pour some of the mixture in the bottom of the baking dish.
Layer fresh raw vegetables on the soup mixture.
Place skinned chicken breasts over raw vegetables and pour rest of soup mixture over the chicken and vegetables, covering completely.
Top with shredded Cheddar cheese, then sprinkle bread crumbs over the top.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 375Β° for one hour.
Serve over cooked rice.
