Mushroom-Noodle Bake
Mushroom-Noodle Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained, or 8 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms, 1/2 c. finely chopped onion, 1 clove garlic, minced, 3 tbsp. butter and 3 c. fine noodles, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook mushrooms, onion and garlic in butter until onion is soft.
Cook noodles in boiling water until tender; drain.
Combine all ingredients in large bowl by tossing with two forks.
Bake in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole in 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
