Mushroom Sandwiches
Mushroom Sandwiches is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. mushrooms, chopped, 1 stick butter or margarine, 1/2 c. heavy cream, 3 tbsp. flour (add additional flour, if needed) and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute mushrooms with butter or margarine.
Add the cream and salt to taste.
Thicken with flour (mix flour with water). While cooking, add the Worcestershire sauce to hot mixture and then refrigerate overnight to thicken.
