Mustard Grilled Chicken
Mustard Grilled Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. dijon mustard, 2 tbsp. cayenne pepper, 1/4 c. vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. wine vinegar and 2 1/2 lb. chicken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Stir together 1/3 cup mustard, 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper, vegetable oil and vinegar.
Place chicken in a large food storage bag.
Pour in mustard mixture.
Press out air and seal tightly. Massage gently to distribute the marinade.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or longer.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Grill chicken, turning frequently.
Baste with mustard mixture.
