My Favorite Bran Muffins is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. unprocessed bran, 1 c. toasted wheat germ, 1 c. brown sugar, 2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour and 2 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In large bowl, combine bran, wheat germ, flour, baking soda, salt and orange peel.
Set aside.
Combine eggs, honey, molasses, oil, buttermilk and boiling water.
Mix well with dry ingredients. Spoon batter into greased muffin tins filling 2/3 full.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes.
