My Grandmother'S Slaw(No Fat - Low Calorie) is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. finely grated green cabbage (i chop mine in the food processor), 1/4 c. vinegar, 1/4 c. sugar and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Stir vinegar and sugar into finely grated (or chopped) cabbage.
Then use your hands to squeeze the mixture over and over for about 2 minutes.
The bruising of the cabbage allows it to absorb the vinegar mixture.
Refrigerate overnight.
