New Year's Casserole
New Year'S Casserole is an moderately easy seasonal dish you can prepare in just 32 minutes. Made with large (32 oz.) cans sauerkraut, cabbage, medium onions, large can tomato paste (8 oz.) and small (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix all ingredients (except meat) in a large roaster or baking pan.
Place pork chops in mixture and cover them over completely. Add rest of meat, placing mixture over it and add 1 cup of water. Bake at 350Β° for several hours (checking to be sure you baste mixture over meat.)
