New Year's Casserole
New Year'S Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large (32 oz.) cans sauerkraut, 1/2 head cabbage, 2 medium onions, 1 large can tomato paste (8 oz.) and 1 small (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix all ingredients (except meat) in a large roaster or baking pan.
Place pork chops in mixture and cover them over completely. Add rest of meat, placing mixture over it and add 1 cup of water. Bake at 350Β° for several hours (checking to be sure you baste mixture over meat.)
