New Year's Day Soup
New Year'S Day Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans (10 oz. each) black-eyed peas, 1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth, 1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes and green chilies or tomatoes, 1/2 c. catsup and 2 ribs chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mash peas from one can.
Combine all ingredients in large stew pot and cook on low heat for 20 to 30 minutes.
