No-Bake Yum-Yum Bars
No-Bake Yum-Yum Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with graham crackers, 1 c. light brown sugar, packed, 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. margarine and 1 c. frozen coconut, thawed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Line an ungreased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish with whole graham crackers.
In saucepan, heat brown sugar, milk and margarine. Bring to a boil quickly; remove from heat and add 1 cup crushed graham crackers, coconut and nuts.
Pour hot mixture over whole wafers in dish.
Put whole graham crackers on top of mixture and press until mixture eases through a little.
Chill in refrigerator for several hours.
Yields 12 bars.
