No Guilt Brownies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped, 1 c. sugar, 3/4 c. flour, 3/4 c. 2% low-fat cottage cheese and 3 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oven to 350°.
Over very low heat, melt chocolate.
Cool slightly.
In food processor purée all ingredients except chocolate until smooth.
Add melted chocolate.
Blend well. Pour into lightly buttered 8-inch pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until just set.
Makes 16 squares.
May be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
