Noodle Kugel
Noodle Kugel is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 or 10 oz. medium-size egg noodles, 1 lb. carton large curd cottage cheese, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. sour cream and 2 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil noodles in salted water until tender.
In separate bowl, mix rest ingredients.
Mix in noodles; spread in greased
Mix 1/2 corn flake crumbs and sugar. Sprinkle on of noodles and dot with butter. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Freezes well after baking.
