Noodle Kugel(Noodle Pudding)
Noodle Kugel(Noodle Pudding) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. broad noodles, cooked, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed, 4 eggs and 3/4 c. raisins (light), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cream the eggs and sugar either with an electric mixer or rotary beater.
Add noodles, sugar, raisins, lemon juice and rind, seasonings and butter.
Pour into greased casserole.
