Noodles for Noodle Cutter
Noodles For Noodle Cutter is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. flour, 1 c. egg yolks, 3 whole eggs, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix together and separate into 5 cakes.
Run through cutter on #5 setting; cut in half and run through on #3 setting.
Use scissors to cut into length of noodle you want and run through cutter.
Put cut noodles on cookie sheet and freeze immediately. When frozen, bag and keep frozen until ready to use.
When ready to use, put frozen noodles into boiling broth and cook for about 20 minutes.
