Norwegian Slaw
Norwegian Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium head cabbage, 1 tbsp. salt, 1 1/3 c. sugar, 1 c. white vinegar and 1 tsp. mustard seeds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix together chopped or shredded cabbage with salt.
Let stand for 2 hours.
Boil the sugar and vinegar and add to the cabbage. Then add the mustard seed, celery seed, green pepper and celery; mix well.
Keeps several days in Tupperware or plastic containers. Use as desired.
