Oatmeal Chocolate Chips Cake
Oatmeal Chocolate Chips Cake is an impressive dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 42 minutes. Made with c. boiling water, c. uncooked oatmeal, c. lightly packed brown sugar, c. sugar and margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Pour water over oatmeal and let stand 10 minutes.
Add sugar and margarine.
Add eggs and mix well.
Sift flour, soda, salt and cocoa.
Add to mix.
Add half package of chocolate chips.
Put batter in pan or muffin pans.
Sprinkle top of batter with remaining chips and chopped nuts.
No frosting is needed.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350Β°.
