Oatmeal Muffins
Oatmeal Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. quick quaker oats, 2 c. buttermilk, 1 c. raisins, 1 c. brown sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine the oats and buttermilk to soften for 1/2 hour.
Mix slightly beaten eggs with oatmeal and buttermilk after softening. Add to dry ingredients.
Add oil last.
Bake in greased muffin pans for 15 minutes at 400Β°.
Dough will keep in refrigerator for 5 weeks.
(Bake a little longer if taken from refrigerator.)
