Oatmeal Pancakes
Oatmeal Pancakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. milk, 1 1/2 c. quick rolled oats (uncooked), 1 c. sifted flour, 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Pour milk over oats and let stand 5 minutes.
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Add beaten eggs to rolled oats mixture.
Add butter.
Add sifted ingredients.
Mix quickly and lightly.
If not used right away, store in refrigerator and mix again before using.
Keeps several days in refrigerator.
