Oatmeal Pancakes
Oatmeal Pancakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. milk, 1 c. rolled oats, 1 tbsp. oil, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine milk and oats in bowl and let stand at least 5 minutes.
Add the oil and beaten eggs, mixing well.
Stir in the flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix just until the dry ingredients are moistened.
