Onion Roasted Potatoes
Onion Roasted Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope lipton onion recipe soup mix, 2 lb. all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks and 1/3 c. olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Make sure potatoes are very dry.
Preheat oven to 450Β°.
In a large plastic bag, add all ingredients.
Close bag and shake until potatoes are evenly coated.
Empty potatoes into a shallow pan sprayed with Pam.
Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Garnish, if desired, with chopped parsley.
