Onion-Roasted Potatoes
Onion-Roasted Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope lipton onion or onion-mushroom soup mix, 2 lb. potatoes, 1/3 c. oil or half oil and half melted butter, 1/2 tsp. paprika and 1/3 tsp. red pepper (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 450Β°.
Wash potatoes; cut into large wedges.
Put all ingredients in large plastic bag; close bag and shake until potatoes are well coated.
Empty into baking dish.
Discard bag and bake for about 40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Serves 6.
