Onion-Vegetable Soup
Onion-Vegetable Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium diced onions, 3 carrots, 3 sticks celery, 4 potatoes and 1 can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Grate all of the vegetables coarsely, but not too coarse. Place all of the ingredients with 1 quart of water in a pan; boil lightly for 1/2 hour.
The Tabasco and Worcestershire can be added later in the process so the taste will not be overpowering.
Taste it during the 1/2-hour period and add whatever makes it taste good.
This includes more water to make it as loose as you like it.
