Orange Pineapple Ice Cream
Orange Pineapple Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin, 2 c. boiling water, 4 eggs, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water.
Let cool.
Beat eggs at medium speed in large bowl with electric mixer until frothy. Add sugar, mixing well.
Stir in gelatin and remaining ingredients.
Pour into ice cream freezer container and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
Yields about 1 gallon.
