Oreo Cookie Ice Cream
Oreo Cookie Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg yolks, 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, 4 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. coarsely crushed oreo cookies and 2 tbsp. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In large bowl, beat egg yolks; stir in condensed milk, water and vanilla.
Fold in cookies.
Whip cream and fold in next.
Pour into aluminum foil-lined 9 x 5-inch loaf pan or other 2-quart container.
(I use a glass loaf pan.) Cover; freeze 6 hours or until firm.
